Overview
Role Overview: A Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, installation, configuration, and integration of multi-network systems for a USMC program, ensuring secure, compliant operations across classified networks.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate system deployment, maintain network connectivity, configure and troubleshoot network devices, and support secure cloud and cross-domain solutions. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, contribute to RMF processes, and mentor staff.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires 9+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in systems/network engineering. Deep knowledge of networking protocols, Cisco devices, security appliances, and classified network security (DISA STIGs). Active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree, experience with VoIP, automation scripting, high-level certifications (CCNP, CCIE, Security+), and USMC or DoD enterprise program support.
Security & Travel: Must hold TS/SCI clearance, be eligible for SAP, and be willing to travel.
Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time, with occasional movement for communication and presentations.
