Overview
Role: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment in a print manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues; interpret drawings and schematics; perform preventative and corrective maintenance; support changeovers; document activities; recommend improvements; collaborate with production teams.
Qualifications & Skills: 4-6+ years industrial equipment maintenance experience; strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills; ability to read technical drawings; knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures; self-motivated team player; flexible to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime.
Preferred Skills: Electrical codes, PLC troubleshooting/programming, pneumatics/hydraulics, welding, light fabrication.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.
