Overview
Role: Electrical Integration Engineer responsible for integrating electrical subsystems into space-based payloads, ensuring compliance with space standards.
Key Duties: Design cables and wire harnesses, generate system interconnect diagrams, perform integration tests, develop test fixtures and procedures, analyze and resolve engineering problems, and document findings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years of experience without a degree. Ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Lean/6 Sigma, optical systems, NPI, DFM/DFA, and relevant engineering software. Strong organizational skills, leadership, communication, and ability to support multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
Possess knowledge of industry standards like AS9100/ISO9001, and experience with space environment considerations. Role involves collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality space systems and contribute to cutting-edge space technology development.
