Role Overview:
Join a leading 3D Simulation Team to leverage advanced virtual modeling tools for manufacturing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and validate high-fidelity 3D models using plant simulation software to optimize capacity, facility layouts, and material flows.
  • Develop detailed process simulations to verify assembly sequences, ergonomics, and identify potential issues before physical implementation.
  • Conduct simulation studies for process optimization, tool clash analysis, and cable routing validation.
  • Collaborate with process engineering teams to validate new processes and layout changes virtually.
  • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support operational improvements and contingency planning.
  • Generate data-driven recommendations to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Develop best practices, templates, and standard work for simulation activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate simulation findings to inform decisions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • 4+ years in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering; 3+ years in simulation engineering.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Experience with simulation software such as Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Process Simulate, or similar tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with data analysis experience.
    • Preferred skills include CAD modeling, knowledge of robotics, ergonomic analysis, programming, and lean manufacturing.
