Role Overview:
This position involves leading the Bakery Department by managing Team Members, overseeing inventory, and implementing merchandising strategies to boost business growth, meet customer needs, and maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all Bakery Manager functions in their absence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
- Deliver products and services that exceed customer expectations while maintaining safety and reducing shrink.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop marketing plans aligned with financial goals.
- Oversee training to improve efficiency, reduce turnover, and control labor costs.
- Manage inventory records, track gross profit, and order raw materials to meet customer demands.
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and safety standards.
- Work flexible hours as needed and actively participate in daily store activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- No high school diploma required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
