Key duties include: planning and scheduling work orders, managing priorities, analyzing equipment reliability, conducting site inspections, coordinating resources and contractor services, maintaining SAP maintenance data, and communicating schedules and priorities.
Qualifications: high school diploma (technical degree preferred), 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, knowledge of maintenance processes, proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
Physical requirements: may involve walking, climbing, lifting, and working in a manufacturing environment with variable noise and temperatures.
Compensation: $64,000-$95,000, with benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, career development, and work-life balance support.
