Overview

Role: As a Recruiter, you will act as a brand ambassador, attracting and hiring qualified manufacturing talent for a production facility.

Responsibilities: Utilize various channels to proactively source candidates, screen and advance applicants through the interview process, manage candidate experience with prompt communication, build partnerships with local organizations to develop talent pipelines, and use Workday for record-keeping. Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and serve as an HR resource for associates.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or Communications preferred; minimum two years recruiting experience; expertise in screening candidates for skilled and semi-skilled manufacturing roles; proven success in community-based talent generation; proficiency in recruitment technology including ATS (Workday) and social platforms.
