Seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within a growing hospitality team.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership, strong communication skills, Food Handler/Safe Serve certification, POS experience (Toast preferred), bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. Must be flexible to work at one of several locations in NM or TX.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($60K-$75K), quarterly performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and a hitch schedule of 5 weeks on/10 days off.
