Seeking a Front End Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service at a retail store.

Responsibilities include

  • creating positive shopping experiences, mentoring associates, managing register coverage, addressing customer concerns, and promoting loyalty and credit programs.
  • Ensuring store organization, safety, and adherence to policies, while supporting shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management, providing feedback, and training staff.

  • Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
