- Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing procedures.
- Manage truck deliveries, prioritize merchandise flow, and ensure proper tagging and display.
- Monitor team productivity, organize back stock, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with management, support safety and compliance, and promote store programs.
- Assist with training, adhere to policies, and contribute to shrink reduction efforts.
