Maintenance Worker

Overview

This Maintenance Split Shift (3pm-11:30pm) position involves overseeing the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role requires performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and building systems, responding promptly to breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting manufacturing productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Must have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety.

Requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and working in environments with dust, noise, and chemicals.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, participate in safety and hazardous waste training, and demonstrate effective communication skills in English.

Work involves frequent standing, bending, reaching overhead, and working from elevated platforms, with exposure to moderate to severe fumes and varying temperatures.

This is a full-time, permanent role emphasizing safety, teamwork, and technical proficiency in a manufacturing setting.
