Production Associate – Full-Time

Overview

Role Overview: A Production Associate is responsible for assembling and manufacturing automotive units in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment.

Key duties include maintaining safety standards, following standard operating procedures, and problem-solving related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in various positions throughout the shift.

Capability to safely lift and move materials within standard weight ranges.

Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and sustain a steady work pace.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Work in noisy, temperature-varying environments while following safety protocols.

Strong focus on quality, safety, and effective communication.

Must have 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years and maintain high attendance.
