Overview
The ATM Manager II oversees operations at a designated market location, managing drivers, messengers, and guards responsible for up to 20 routes and over 1,200 ATMs.
Responsibilities include ensuring logistics efficiency, maintaining accurate ATM data in the BIM system, and securing inventories through strict security protocols. The role involves leading a team, scheduling staff, fostering positive employee relations, and driving continuous process improvements to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications require a minimum of 3 years in transportation or logistics operations, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a Class B driver's license with air brakes, and compliance with Department of Transportation standards. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, able to lift 50 pounds, and possess or obtain necessary firearms and guard licenses.
Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in ATM operations, experience as an armored car driver, knowledge of route analysis, logistics, lean methodologies, and budgeting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
