Overview

Role Overview: A CNC Setup Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and Swiss-style equipment to produce high-precision medical components.

Key Duties: Set up and operate CNC machinery, edit and troubleshoot CNC programs, inspect parts to blueprint specifications, perform routine maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience, ability to interpret blueprints, edit programs, and work with exotic materials. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Preferred Experience: Medical device manufacturing, GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and experience with nitinol, stainless steel, or nickel alloys.
