We are seeking a full-time Air Barrier Installer for the Mid-Atlantic Region (Chesapeake, Richmond, Charlottesville, Manassas, VA, Baltimore, MD).
Install air barrier systems on residential, commercial, and government buildings to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
Prepare surfaces, operate equipment, and apply materials such as membranes, tapes, sealants, and insulation.
Collaborate with construction teams, inspect installations, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Must have prior construction or air barrier experience, ability to read technical documents, and physical stamina for manual labor and working in various environments.
Travel within the region, with occasional evening/weekend work; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred certifications in building envelope technology and familiarity with local codes are a plus.
Compensation includes an average salary of $94K, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, travel per diems, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and disability coverage.
