  • Creates positive customer interactions and maintains a clean, organized store
  • Trains and mentors associates on customer service and store procedures
  • Assigns register coverage, responds to POS needs, and manages breaks
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Ensures tasks are completed according to store plans and priorities
