Seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within a growing hospitality team.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained consistently.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive revenue and operational success.
  • Utilize modern culinary technology, with preference for experience with Rational ovens.


  • Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership, strong communication skills, Food Handler/Safe Serve certification, POS experience (Toast preferred), bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. Must be flexible to work at one of several locations in NM or TX.

    Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($60K-$75K), quarterly performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and a hitch schedule of 5 weeks on/10 days off.
