Role: HVAC Installer Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead installation of HVAC systems supporting technology facilities, including labs, server rooms, and offices.
Oversee project planning, ductwork, wiring, and equipment placement.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration.
Supervise a small team, ensuring safety and code compliance.
Perform system start-up, testing, and calibration to ensure optimal operation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in HVAC system installation and lead roles.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and technical specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks.
