Overview
The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counting, product verification, and auditing warehouse processes.
Key duties include conducting cycle counts using various tools, researching inventory discrepancies, validating product dating, and managing obsolete or at-risk inventory such as returns and recalls.
The role requires 2-5 years of related experience or training, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and physical ability to handle objects weighing 20-60 lbs.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
