Overview
Role Overview: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment within a high-demand production environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, rebuild spare parts, and participate in efficient changeovers to ensure continuous operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex machinery, utilizing knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and rebuild spare parts
- Assist with changeovers to optimize production flow
- Complete advanced technical training to acquire new certifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery
- Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and troubleshoot quickly
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms up to 20 ft
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
