Overview
Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to contribute to store profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and produce deli items, package and label products, merchandise per plan, restock backroom with proper rotation, communicate needs to management, and follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. Tasks may include assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred; retail or related experience is a plus. Must have basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret documents.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures. Reasonable accommodations are available.
