Overview
Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will provide top-tier customer service and perform preventative vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing, light and wiper replacements, and safety inspections. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine automotive services to ensure customer safety
- Follow safety procedures and operational instructions
- Assist team in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail
- Ability to work standing for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled settings
- Schedule flexibility with weekend availability; no late nights or holidays
- Fluent in English, able to review and understand training materials
