Role Overview: As a Production Associate, you will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, following visual and written instructions to ensure efficient production. You will collaborate with supervisors to resolve mechanical or material challenges and may cross-train in multiple departments for variety and increased earning potential.

Responsibilities include: operating tools, measuring, cutting, drilling, and gathering parts to support product assembly; troubleshooting issues; and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills: high school diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong communication skills. No prior experience required; training and support provided.
