Overview

Role Overview: The QA Tester will ensure the quality of ServiceNow software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to understand requirements, create and execute test cases, document results and defects, work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, provide feedback for process improvements, perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow platforms, manual testing, and enterprise software; strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes; experience in Agile environments; excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail; Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferred Skills: Additional degrees in related fields and at least 3 years of QA experience, including ServiceNow experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; US Citizenship required due to government contract stipulations.
