Overview
Role: Reticle Equipment Engineer in the Photolithography organization, focusing on sustaining and improving reticle-related equipment in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Install, qualify, and maintain reticle equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with process teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues affecting production.
- Manage projects to address hardware gaps and improve equipment functionality.
- Develop vendor relations to maintain equipment standards and performance.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies for equipment reliability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as Equipment Owner with reticle/photo equipment.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or equivalent military/industry experience.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for engineering workflows (preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
