Special agents perform duties including protecting protectees, conducting investigations related to U.S. financial obligations, and planning security for National Security Events.
Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a valid driver’s license, firearm proficiency, age between 21-37 (with exceptions), Top Secret clearance, specific vision and hearing standards, drug testing, and completion of training at FLETC and the James J. Rowley Center.
Applicants must be willing to accept assignments nationwide and abroad and meet registration or exemption requirements for the Selective Service System.
