Overview
Job Purpose: Seeking a Sr. Training Specialist – AI Enablement to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools, helping associates, leaders, and teams understand, adopt, and responsibly use AI to enhance workflows and support business transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and improving AI adoption strategies, frameworks, and learning pathways.
- Converting AI use cases and business goals into practical readiness and training plans.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful AI implementation and sustainability.
- Designing scalable learning solutions such as role-based training, job aids, and workshops.
- Addressing role impacts, adoption barriers, and readiness gaps based on workforce needs.
- Promoting responsible AI use by integrating governance, data security, and ethical standards.
- Tracking and analyzing adoption metrics, feedback, and industry trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in learning and development, organizational change, digital transformation, or AI enablement.
- Experience designing role-based learning and translating complex tech concepts into business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and responsible AI principles.
Work Conditions: Primarily in-office with remote flexibility up to 20%, located in Torrance, CA. May require domestic travel and occasional outside business hours for training and launch activities.
