Value Stream Manager – eCommerce/Aftermarket

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager – eCommerce & Aftermarket to lead end-to-end order fulfillment, from production to shipment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Own daily production planning, manage shipping, monitor operational metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive Lean practices through Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and waste reduction to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Develop and coach front-line teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Achieve key objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years manufacturing leadership, Lean manufacturing expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.
